Geopilitical Solutions

Global Risk. Strategic Certainty

Praecor is a fee for service communications consulting organization led by Richard Lewis, Geopolitical Executive Officer.

Praecor's goal is to create a growing coalition of individuals, companies and not-for-profits who will  improve the human condition through 'good works'. We understand that people and regions are much more likely to live peaceful lives when they have food, clean water, shelter, hope, meaningful livelihoods, and when their is an absence of strong negative influences like militant groups and aggressive nation states.

Praecor and the coalition promote peaceful relations as well as economic and sustainability projects and promote clean food, better agricultural practices, fresh water, and job creation.

In partnership with donors, sovereign funds, and governments secure the resources and project manage the implementation of for instance water purification and sustainable energy (solar energy) projects.

We are partnered with expert senior advisors, best in class not-for-profits like Dr. Sam Hancock at the Emerald-Planet Foundation.org. Other incredible partners are Chris Tomseth, Senior Global Travel Advisor and Entrepreneur, and Lewis Group.

We believe that preventative statement will create a better, more stable world.

Strategic Peace Conditioning

Influencing the Influencers

“Preventive statecraft is the deliberate shaping of political, economic, and social conditions to reduce the likelihood of violent conflict and increase the probability of durable peace.”

1. “Peace Architecture”

  • Implies deliberately designing systems that make peace durable.

  • Used in policy and academic circles (adjacent to “security architecture”).

  • Captures institutions, incentives, and norms.

2. “Upstream Peacebuilding”

  • Borrowed from public health (“upstream interventions”).

  • Means addressing root causes before violence emerges.

  • Widely compatible with development and humanitarian language.

3. “Preventive Statecraft” ⭐ (very strong fit)

  • Sounds like high-level policy strategy.

  • Mirrors terms like “preventive diplomacy.”

  • Captures intentional action by governments to reduce likelihood of conflict.
